Provincial Grand Secretary's Retirement

After 27 years as Provincial Grand Secretary, Bro Colin Linnington ROH decided that enough was enough.  As the saying goes, "all good thing must come to an end" so Colin handed over the reins to Bro. Dave Feather. ROH. and has ridden off into the sunset to spend more time with his wife Nola.
